Thermojekt® G and GB plain tube heat exchangers
The Thermojekt® G and GB is used for heat recovery on boilers operated with solid, liquid or gaseous combustibles.
The flue gas heat exchanger of the type series G and GB has a extendable register and is designed for flue gas temperatures up to 400°C.
On request, NET flue gas heat exchangers can also be produced as special designs for higher flue gas temperatures up to 500°C or even up to 1000°C.
Flue gas bypass
If the heat extraction in the heating circuit used varies over time, a heat exchanger from the GB series should always be used. In the event of reduced heat consumption, the bypass damper can thus be moved via a voltage (e.g. AC 230 V) at the actuator.
The bypass damper may only be operated permanently in the rest position or in the end position. In the rest position, which is always assumed via a spring return in de-energised operation, the flue gases are directed past the register. The heat transfer is greatly, but not completely, reduced.
