Central baffle
For large cross-sections from nominal width 350 mm, silencing is improved if central baffles are installed in the silencers. The centre baffles (type AME) are installed in the AGM silencers nominal width 350 mm and silencers of the type series ARE.
Silencing properties:
- Improvement of the sound level reduction
The impact sound absorbers
The impact sound absorbers made of elastomer reduce impact sound waves emanating from the heat generator to the flue gas system and absorb thermal expansions.
They are particularly suitable for simple appliance connections, for example between the boiler socket and the subsequent flue gas system.
Advantages of the impact sound absorber:
- Easy device connection
- Compensation possibility up to 10 mm
- Pressure- and condensate-tight connection up to 200 Pa
- For flue gas temperatures up to 120 °C
- Nominal widths 80 to 500 mm
The flanges for a secure connection
Flange
According to DIN 24154 R2, made of 1.4571, welded on both sides (to our flue gas dampers or silencers) incl. Seals for flue gas temperatures up to 400 °C as well as screws and nuts.
G-flange
According to DIN 24154 R2, made of 1.4571, enclosed loose as counter flanges for on-site welding.
The stainless steel clamps and telescopic supports
Stainless steel clamp (type AES) and stainless steel telescopic support (type ATS)
Easy fastening
- For silencers up to nominal Ø 350 mm
- The bracket can be mounted directly to the wall (distance 60 mm), or directly on the telescopic support
