Control engineering
The electronic control TJ-HRC is used to control the flow temperature, toggling bypass damper, if applicable controlling three-way mixing valve incl. sensor package. This is available in different versions.
Variant speed control
The main component of this version is a control of the charging circuit by a speed-controlled charging pump. This control is preferably suitable for heat exchangers of the Thermojekt R/RB type.
Variant vapour condenser
The main component of this version is a regulation of the charging circuit by a charging pump. This control is suitable for heat exchangers of type Thermojekt SK, G and GB?
Version mixer control
The control ensures that an adjustable target temperature is maintained at the flow of the flue gas heat exchanger (flow AWT). This is achieved by a continuously controlled 3-way valve. A constant flow temperature of the heat transfer medium (heating water) is a prerequisite for optimum temperature stratification in the storage tank. The charging pump only switches on when a minimum temperature is reached at the flow. The charging pump must be set to the maximum speed. This ensures that the heat exchanger always has an optimum flow and that temperature peaks are removed as quickly as possible.
